Harley Seal, 18, was riding a motorcycle on July 24 at around 8.15pm when the incident occurred on Chestfield Road outside the Chestfield Barn pub.He was involved in a collision with a white Mercedes A180 and was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives have since launched a murder investigation following his death.An 18-year-old man presented himself voluntarily at Canterbury police station at 9.50pm on the evening of the crash and was subsequently arrested in connection with the incident. He has since been released on bail while enquiries c
