Hong Kong police have arrested a 69-year-old taxi driver after he allegedly knocked down and killed a 34-year-old woman in a shopping district in the early hours of Saturday. The incident happened at around 2.12am near Park Lane Shopper’s Boulevard in Tsim Sha Tsui.
