Tamil Nadu government extends deadline for regularisation of unapproved layouts till June 2027

According to the Government Order, the previous deadline expired on June 30 this year. The extension will operate under the Tamil Nadu Regularisation of Unapproved Layouts and Plots Rules, 2017, with no alterations to the guidelines
