Sustainable Dutch fashion brand MUD Jeans declared bankrupt

Sustainable fashion brand MUD Jeans has been declared bankrupt by an Amsterdam court. CEO Dion Vijgeboom confirmed the bankruptcy on LinkedIn, saying the company had filed for bankruptcy proceedings itself."We believed there was a path forward, but despite all our efforts, the weight of historical debts proved too great," CEO Dion Vijgeboom said. He added that he hopes the bankruptcy will not mark the end of MUD Jeans, but instead become the start of a new chapter.
