Suspect in Chucky-style mask wanted on assault in Philadelphia after chasing jogger, police say

Philadelphia police asked for the public’s help to find a man wanted on assault who donned a Chucky-style horror mask and “made threatening comments” while chasing a woman near City Hall, officials said Tuesday.
