Surveys taken up for key railway projects in Jammu & Kashmir, says Vaishnaw

Projects will widen the rail network and ease regional bottlenecks; consultation with stakeholders is a dynamic process, exact timelines cannot be fixed, says Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw
