MANILA, Philippines – The Supreme Court (SC) has dismissed the consolidated petitions challenging the legality of the No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) implemented by several Metro Manila local government units (LGUs). In a decision penned by Associate Justice Rodil N. Zalameda and promulgated on June 3, 2026, but made public Thursday,  the SC said it
