SUNU Assurances shareholders approve directors, new auditor

Shareholders of SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc have approved the re-election of Aisha Abubakar as a director and ratified the appointments of three directors at the company’s 39th Annual General Meeting held in Lagos. The shareholders also approved the appointment of TAC Professional Services as the company’s external auditor, replacing the retiring audit firm, SIAO Partners.
