Study: Almost 1 in 3 North Korean Refugees from Area near Nuclear Test Site Carry Genetic Mutations

The South Korean Unification Ministry recently revealed that studies into the health of North Korean refugees from areas near the supposedly defunct Punggye-ri Nuclear Test Site found about 30 percent of them carry chromosomal mutations.
