Strong winds damage 72 houses, affect 568 Iloilo City residents

ILOILO CITY — Seventy two houses and structures were reported damaged while 568 persons from 144 families were affected after strong winds whipped parts of Iloilo City late Saturday night, uprooting trees, toppling utility posts and disrupting power. In Situational Report No. 2 issued at 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug.9, the Iloilo City Emergency Operations Center
