Strike postponed by 10 days, not withdrawn, say Gig workers’ unions

Gig workers’ unions on Saturday clarified that the indefinite strike scheduled from August 8 had not been withdrawn, but postponed by 10 days. Representatives of various unions said they would review the State government’s response to their demands and decide on the next course of action.The Telangana Gig and Platform Workers Union (TGPWU) and the Telangana App-Based Drivers Forum (TADF) said their demands remained unchanged.
