Storm Noul strengthens, forecast to enter East Sea before hitting China's Guangdong

A tropical depression has strengthened into Storm Noul late Thursday and is forecast to enter the East Sea within Friday before heading to China's Guangdong Province, without directly affecting Vietnam's mainland.
