State’s small airports see drop in AAI customer satisfaction index survey

The Mysuru airport saw the biggest drop in the rankings in the latest survey as it was ranked 34th among the 35 operational airports. | Photo Credit: M.A. Sriram Two of the four Airport Authority of India (AAI) Tier-II airports in Karnataka have seen a drop in the customer satisfaction rankings for the first six months of 2026.According to the AAI’s Customer Satisfaction Index of Airports for Round-I 2026 vis-a-vis Round-II 2025, in which 60 of the 63 AAI-run airports across the country were surveyed, the Hubbali airport was ranked sixth.In the previous ranking, the Hubbali airport was ranked fourth.
