Spain’s PM blames trafficking gangs as 60,000 cross into Ceuta from Morocco, with 34 deaths

Some 60,000 migrants have entered Spain’s Ceuta from Morocco in the past 24 hours, Ceuta’s president says. That is equivalent to 70 per cent of the city’s regular population. At least 34 migrants have died in the process.
