Spain erects sea barrier on Ceuta’s border with Morocco

SPANISH authorities have installed a massive barrier on the sea border between Ceuta and Morocco. The erection of the 1,600-foot barrier follows the breaching of the frontier by tens of thousands of Moroccans last week.
