South Korean wins biggest Vietnam lottery prize ever claimed by a foreigner

A South Korean specialist working at a foreign-invested company in northern Vietnam has won more than VND102.8 billion (US$3.9 million) on Vietnam's Power 6/55 lottery, the largest prize a foreigner has ever taken in the country.
