‘Software error’ led to almost 400 non-citizens voting in New Jersey, governor says

A "serious software error" at New Jersey's Department of Motor Vehicles led to around 6,600 non-US citizens being registered to vote, with "fewer than 400" of them wrongly casting ballots, the state's governor said.
