Signing of project inspection docs ministerial, says ex-DPWH official

MANILA, Philippines — Former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Region IV-B Maintenance Division chief Juliet Calvo on Tuesday told the Sandiganbayan that the signing of project inspection reports is a “ministerial duty.” Calvo is one of the eight co-accused of Co in a malversation case before the Sandiganbayan Sixth Division who took the
