‘Significant rainfall’ possible in Toronto during one of the busiest weekends of the summer

Pack your umbrellas if you’re attending any of the events around the city this weekend. Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Toronto, advising of possible “significant rainfall” from Saturday morning to Sunday morning.
