Raghavendra has appealed to Forest Minister Ramalinga Reddy to issue the final notification on the re-demarcation of the Shettihalli Wildlife Sanctuary boundary.Mr. Raghavendra met the Minister in Bengaluru on Friday and submitted a detailed memorandum on forest-related issues concerning Shivamogga district.The Union government had given its consent to redraw the sanctuary’s boundary, as it included parts of Shivamogga city.
