Shivamogga Deputy Commissioner bans bike rallies, bursting crackers and use of DJ systems

Exercising his powers under the Karnataka Police Act, 1963, the Deputy Commissioner banned bike rallies. Considering the recommendation of the Superintendent of Police, he banned colour paper blasting and bursting of crackers.
