Natalie McCreith, 40, will be in pain for the rest of her life after sustaining multiple fractures to her back, broken ribs, a punctured lung and a broken leg, leaving her paralysed from the waist down.‌She had been helping to take down a steel structure at a luxury country club in June 2024 when a beam fell, trapping her under 100kg of steel.
