Kie Connor intended for the weapons to 'find their way into the hands of criminals', a judge said as he faced justice.The 24-year-old was found with a cache of the weapons, 'of a similar' type to Taser devices issued to police officers. They fire out barbs and emit electricity to incapacitate a target.When police seized the weapons from Connor's home in Eccles, Salford, he said they were 'just toys'. Tests revealed they were 'anything but', Manchester Crown Court heard.
