Sex-crazed ex-NJ cop abused 11 firefighters under guise of training — used mechanical device to ‘hog-tie’ trainee

Robert Sinnott, 53, allegedly lured multiple firefighters from the Silverton Fire Company to his Toms River home under the guise of training, but would then restrain and sexually assault them.
