Seven Algarve landmarks compete to become Portugal's new wonders

Seven landmarks from the Algarve have been selected to represent the region in the national stage of the Novas 7 Maravilhas de Portugal competition, where they will compete alongside sites from across the country for a place among Portugal's new Seven Wonders.
