Senate Urged to Pass Russia Sanctions Bill in Graham’s Honor

US Sen. Chuck Grassley called for Congress to advance the bipartisan Russia sanctions bill Lindsey Graham championed during his final visit to Kyiv. Graham had worked to impose tougher penalties on countries helping finance Moscow’s war through purchases of Russian energy.
