Youth activist Ivan Kyei Innocent says the Court of Appeal's decision to acquit former MASLOC Chief Executive Sedina Tamakloe should not be interpreted as proof of her innocence, saying that the outcome was the result of poor case preparation and the prosecution's failure to meet the standard of proof required.
