Security recruitment: HIV status alone cannot disqualify applicants – Ghana AIDS Commission
The Ghana AIDS Commission has raised concerns that disqualifying applicants from employment on the basis of their HIV status could amount to a breach of the Ghana AIDS Commission Act, 2016 (Act 938).
