Second most wanted person in Ilocos Sur nabbed in Bulacan

SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — Police arrested a man ranked No. 2 on the Ilocos Sur Provincial Police Office’s (ISPPO) list of most wanted persons in Norzagaray, Bulacan, on Friday, Aug. 14. Operatives of the Sta. Maria Municipal Police Station arrested the suspect in Barangay Tigbe, FVR, Norzagaray, following a manhunt operation, the ISPPO said
