Second-hand home prices in Spain rise 16.2% in a year

The Fotocasa Property Index puts the average price of existing homes in Spain at €3,154 per square metre in July, 16.2% higher than a year ago. All 17 regions report annual rises, led by Murcia, Cantabria and the Valencia region.
