The rapper, real name Malcolm Graham, appeared at Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Friday in connection with driving offences.‌But Bootle-born Graham, 29, took to his official Instagram account to update fans with videos filmed from inside the courtroom. Filming inside a judicial building is a criminal offence and can be treated as contempt of court punishable by an unlimited fine up to two years' imprisonment.‌A spokesperson for HM Courts and Tribunals Service said: "We are aware of alleged unauthorised filming at Liverpool Magistrates' Court and are investigating."‌Apart from in very limited circumstances,
