Scott Hylands, Star of TV’s ‘Night Heat’ on Both Sides of the Border, Dies at 83

He played an unhinged ex-boyfriend in ‘Daddy’s Gone a-Hunting’ and lots of other bad guys before landing on the cop show that aired on Canada’s CTV and CBS.
