Scots child rapist found after escaping from day out
A CONVICTED child rapist has been found after escaping from an escorted day out. Sicko Clifford Lyons Dobbie, 54, absconded from the Rohallion Secure Care Clinic in Perth on Thursday afternoon, sparking a police manhunt. He has since been found. Police Scotland said: "We are pleased to confirm Cliff Lyons Dobbie has been traced." More to follow......
