Topping the list is a council area that saw an impressive average pass rate of more than 98 per cent, while the local authority that placed last has an average pass rate of around just 78 per cent.‌A new report from online training provider High Speed Training analysed Food Standards Agency (FSA) data for almost 240,000 food businesses across Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Wales. According to the experts, Scotland has two main ratings, which are 'pass' or 'improvement required'.‌Highland was revealed to be the Scottish local authority with the lowest food hygiene pass rate, ranking at number 32 on t
