Schrödinger’s Elections

Russians are slated to go to the polls from Sept. 18 to 20, during which 450 seats of the Russian Federation’s State Duma will be decided. Whether or not real elections will take place has become an ontological problem akin to the Schrödinger cat paradox of quantum mechanics.
