Sadiq Khan's car tax conviction and fine is formally withdrawn after DVLA agreed he was victim of scam

A car tax conviction against Mayor of London Lord Sadiq Khan has been formally withdrawn after a request by the DVLA at Hereford Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
