S.C. Gov McMaster appoints Darline Graham Nordone to fill Sen. Lindsey Graham's seat

South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster appoints Darline Graham Nordone, Sen. Lindsey Graham's younger sister, to serve the remainder of the late Republican senator's term, which ends early January 2027.
