Ryanair statement as Liverpool-bound flight delayed by over 16 hours

The two-hour flight from Krakow Airport to Liverpool John Lennon Airport was supposed to set off at 8.55am yesterday morning, August 3.‌However, the flight suffered long delays, which meant over 150 people were left waiting in the departure lounge. Passenger Marcin Tkaczyk, 47, from Lancaster, told the ECHO yesterday: "We're waiting next to the gate. We could leave, but then we'd have to go through the whole procedure again, and there is nothing around the airport so there's really no point.‌"People are upset. There's no one in person here to explain things to us. We were suppos
