Russian Guided Bombs Strike Sumy and Kherson Region, Drone Hits Izyum

On Sunday morning, July 19, Russian forces targeted the city of Sumy with seven guided aerial bombs, striking residential and industrial areas and injuring three people. Simultaneously, an airstrike utilizing guided bombs on the Bilozerka community in the Kherson region killed a 75-year-old woman and injured four other civilians, causing extensive damage to over 20 homes. In the neighboring Kharkiv region, a Russian drone strike on the city of Izyum injured 17 individuals.
