Russian Drone Strike on Car in Sumy Kills Man, Injures Woman

A Russian drone struck a civilian car in the northeastern city of Sumy late Saturday, Aug. 15, killing a 59-year-old man and injuring his wife. Sumy Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Hryhorov reported the vehicle caught fire following the strike.
