A Russian ballistic missile attack on the Odesa region struck a civilian infrastructure site and a gas station on Wednesday, killing four people and injuring seven, according to regional governor Oleh Kiper. Six of the wounded were hospitalized, two in extremely critical condition. Emergency services continue clearing debris and putting out fires, along with assessing damage.
