Russian Aerial Bombs Hit Zaporizhzhia, Killing 1, Injuring 6

Russian forces launched a daytime attack on the southern Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia on July 26 using guided aerial bombs. The strikes hit a gas station and warehouses, while the blast wave and debris damaged a multi-story residential building and an educational institution. Local authorities reported one fatality and six injuries. The Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor’s Office has launched a war crimes investigation into the attack.
