Russia is seeking new charges against Nikita Uvarov, a teenager arrested in 2020 for putting up political leaflets who was subsequently accused of blowing up an FSB building in-game in preparation for real-world scenarios. The new charges were brought to him a month before he was scheduled to be released earlier this year.
