Russia's Largest Oil Refinery Stops Processing After Ukraine’s 3,000-km Strike
Ukraine's long-range drone strike has forced Russia's largest oil refinery in Omsk to halt crude processing, according to Reuters. The Monday shutdown affects one of Russia's key fuel producers and could worsen domestic fuel shortages. Ukrainian military officials say the refinery was the last of Russia's 11 largest gasoline producers to be targeted, while conflicting reports remain over which processing unit sustained the heaviest damage.
