Rudy's to open inside former Monton furniture shop left empty for four years

What's OnFood & DrinkMonton'It feels like the perfect place for us'12:54, 17 Jul 2026A beloved pizzeria has announced it will be opening a new restaurant inside a former furniture shop in a Salford village which has been empty for four years.‌Rudy’s, which started life 11 years ago in Ancoats, now has a number of sites across Greater Manchester, and has even expanded into the likes of Sheffield and London. It now has 40 restaurants open across the country.‌It has been revealed that the 41st Rudy’s will be situated in Monton Village, near Eccles.
