RPF Mysuru detects railway property theft, recovers lost phone

Ashokapuram Railway Station in Mysuru. | Photo Credit: SRIRAM MA The Railway Protection Force (RPF), Mysuru division demonstrated prompt action and vigilance by detecting theft of railway property at Ashokapuram Yard in Mysuru and recovering a passenger’s lost mobile phone under ‘Operation AMANAT’.During the intervening night of August 26-27, Constable Mujamil Khan noticed a person moving suspiciously at Ashokapuram Yard with an electric motor. He alerted Dinesh Kumar, Post Commander/RPF Post, Mysuru, and pursued the suspect.
