The delivery company has released a full list of the affected regions, including Merseyside.‌As of Thursday, 13 August, disruptions are affecting large parts of the UK including New Ferry, Heswall, Woolton and Hoylake. Royal Mail said: "We aim to deliver to all addresses we have mail for, six days a week.
