Romanian consumer goods distributor AQUILA reports slightly higher revenues amid challenging context
14 August 2026 AQUILA, one of the largest players in the fast-moving consumer goods distribution sector from Romania and the region, reported revenues of RON 1.6 billion in the first half of 2026, amid an economic environment marked by declining consumption, according to a report submitted to the local stock exchange. The figure represents a 6.4% increase compared to the same period last year. Revenue from the distribution segment increased by 6% in the first half of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025, driven by the organic growth of this business line.
