Riverside poetry pop-ups to explore who really owns the Clyde

A new ‘Who Owns the Clyde?’ project by The Empire Cafe will bring free poetry pop-up events to riverside locations during Glasgow 2026 Festival, inviting residents and visitors to reflect on the Clyde’s future, ownership and community role through poetry, conversation and public participation.
