Rice Lane Aldi car park blocked after car smashes through barrier

The ECHO was sent photos of the car blocking the road at the entrance to the supermarket shortly after 2pm today, Saturday.‌A man who arrived at the scene in Walton just minutes after the incident said: "The whole road into the supermarket is closed at the moment."‌The eyewitness, who sent in the pictures, said the car had "come from inside" the car park "as if heading back out".
